Design, develop, install, manage, maintain, test & troubleshoot control system architecture for process applications. Follow engineering quality, standards, methods, policies, and procedures. Experience with Control panel design/layout, including schematics. Proven history of designing and implementing automation methodologies on multiple projects. Ability to interpret the functional requirements, P&IDs and design documents to plan, develop, write, and execute test plans and procedures. Working knowledge of database concepts. Troubleshoots, repairs and maintains machine drives & control/PLC systems (specifically Parker & Allen-Bradley). Paper industry experience a plus. Knowledgeable with National Electric Code. Experience with LOTO, confined space entry and safe work practices in manufacturing environments. Strong PC skills: MS Office, AutoCAD, G-Suite
Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical and/or Controls Engineering, or equivalent experience. Minimum of 5 years’ experience in systems integration/manufacturing.
