WE are currently looking for a 3rd shift soldering specialist who has experience in the SMT/Through Hole space. This position is a 3rd shift role, training on 1st shift. This role will be used to enhance our 3rd shift production capabilities. There will be minimal supervision so we are ideally looking for a candidate that can work independently. Requirements

  • Excellent knowledge of soldering all Through-hole and SMT components.
  • Follows Visual Aids to perform duties.
  • Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job.
  • Utilize quality practices and procedures to assure that the assemblies are accurately and effectively manufactured.
  • Maintains a clean, neat and orderly area.
  • Responsible for the quality and accuracy of own work.
