Press Brake Operator supports Production operations through various channels to include part bending using a CNC Press Brake, inspection, polishing, conducting quality checks, reading blueprints, assisting in finishing operations

Essential Duties:

• Effective use of a CNC Press Brake to form various metal parts (carbon steel, stainless and aluminum).
• Efficient use of measuring tools (tape measure, calipers, etc.).
• Efficient interpretation of blueprints, symbols and tolerances.
• Safely and efficiently set-up and operate an 12ft, 220-ton Press Brake.
• Use a CNC controller to input information into the machine.
• Check height, depth, and thickness using micrometers, dial indicators, calipers, gauges, and other precision-measuring instruments.
• Perform complex programming using all features of the press brake.
• Work with tight tolerance and Produce parts for assembly operations
