The Service Technician will provide service, diagnosis, repair and phone support on various devices, and acting as a technical liaison for clients. 75 % hands on working on returned equipment and 25% of time handling technical support calls
PRIMARY ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Perform maintenance and safety inspections on equipment to ensure effective operating conditions
- Test and calibrate components using a variety of manuals, troubleshooting techniques, and code requirements
- Ensure documentation of repair is complete, timely, and accurate in computer systems
- Diagnose equipment malfunctions with accuracy and precision
- Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions over the phone directly with clients
