Key Responsibilities:

• Set up, operate, and troubleshoot CNC laser cutting machines
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and job orders
• Ensure precision and accuracy in the cutting process
• Perform routine maintenance on machines and equipment
• Monitor machine performance, making adjustments as necessary
• Inspect finished products for quality control
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a CNC Laser Operator, including setup experience
• Strong understanding of CNC programming and operation
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
• Familiarity with safety standards and operating procedures
• Ability to troubleshoot and solve machine-related issues independently
• Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to lift and move heavy materials as required

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with various types of CNC laser cutting machines (e.g., CO2, Fiber)
• Experience with CAD/CAM software for CNC programming
• Knowledge of industry-specific quality standards (ISO, etc.)
