 Is a critical role in ensuring customer satisfaction. Responsible for ensuring company operational process and outputs are fully compliant with customers’ quality requirements. As a direct interface with our customers, CQS plays an important role in developing and maintaining a good relationship with the quality departments of our customers. The ideal candidate for CQS is a passionate and self-motivated contributor with a prior experience in relevant quality functions. The CQS requires extensive experience in reading mechanical engineering drawings and demonstrated traits in excellent attention to detail. Plan and ensure calibration of measurement and test equipment is performed and maintained. Responsible for enforcing the quarantine and proper disposition of Customer Non-Conforming products. Address and lead the resolution of quality-related issues cross-functionally as well as with external suppliers and the customers. Responsible for ensuring the tests and inspections are properly performed and all relevant records (data, forms, and reports) are completed and stored prior to releasing the component. Assess and ensure Test Devices inspection capabilities meet customers’ requirements for method and capacity. Responsible for reviewing, submitting, and managing the First Article Inspection Reports to customers. Foster a high standard of professionalism, and good housekeeping practices.  


Minimum 3 years of experience in a relevant Quality role. Experience in ISO9001 standard process (ex. Audits, non-conformances). Competency in reading mechanical engineering drawings to ANSI Y14.5 standard. Aerospace-specific experience preferred. Experience in preparation for the first article inspections is favorable
