The CNC Machinist/Programmer will be working with Production, Estimating, Procurement and Sales to make custom parts.  We are looking for a candidate with experience in setting up, operating and basic programming of Fanuc controlled CNC lathes and CNC routers.

Main Duties 
• Programming of CNC routed products on EnRoute software
• Setup of MultiCAM 5000 Series CNC router
• Prove-out and operation of production and development jobs 
• Programming of basic turned & milled components on Fanuc controls
• Setup of turning center, including static and live tooling


Requirements

  • 5 years’ experience in setting and operating in a manufacturing environment.
  • Experienced in programming, setting up and operating of CNC routers/lasers/plasma cutters.
  • Knowledge of programming, setting up and operating Fanuc controlled CNC lathes.
  • Experienced in tool selection and machining strategies.
  • Experienced in programming using EnRoute CAM software a plus
