We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Process Engineer who is interested in working at a small manufacturing organization. Candidate must have expertise in Lean Manufacturing principles. . Candidate will be responsible for enhancing the  manufacturing processes, enhancing productivity, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. As part of this role, candidate will need to analyze workflows, identifying inefficiencies, and implementing solutions to streamline operations and achieve optimal efficiency. The successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain lean practices, ultimately contributing to the overall success and growth of our organization.

Responsibilities:

Lean Process Optimization: Analyze existing manufacturing processes, identify bottlenecks, waste, and inefficiencies, and propose and implement lean solutions to enhance productivity, reduce cycle times, and improve overall process efficiency.

Continuous Improvement: Lead and participate in continuous improvement initiatives, including Kaizen events, 5S implementation, Value Stream Mapping, and other lean tools to drive a culture of continuous improvement throughout the organization.

Data Analysis: Collect and analyze data related to manufacturing processes to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement, and use data-driven insights to develop actionable recommendations.

Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs): Develop, update, and maintain detailed standard operating procedures for manufacturing processes, ensuring consistency and adherence to quality standards.
