  • Tig weld on various thicknesses, sizes, and orientations of equipment
  • Interpret engineered drawings and job travelers
  • Choose appropriate welding equipment/method based on project requirements
  • Utilize basic hand tools like tape measure, level, square, etc.
  • Adhere to established safety, quality policies, procedures, and practices
  • Safely operate overhead crane and lifting equipment
  • Maintain and complete all necessary documentation and electronic records
  • Pass the GTAW vertical test
  • Maintain a positive mindset with high energy and self-management ability
  • Demonstrate flexibility with work hours (standard shift 5:00 – 3:30, M-Th; Friday and Saturday OT as required)
  • Have the capability to lift 75 lbs.
