Manufacturer needs an Maintenance Leader to join their team. This is a permanent position paying $30+/HR., working full time, Monday through Friday 6:00AM-3:00PM. Once converted permanent at the company, you will receive benefits and quarterly bonuses.

Candidates will be responsible for:

  • Maintain, repair & improve production machinery, fixtures & jigs
  • Fabricate new production/process equipment, fixtures & jigs
  • Aid in the overall maintenance of the facility
  • Aid in product development & testing
  • Handle additional assignments as required

Requirements

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 3-5 years’ experience in the maintenance & repair of electro-mechanical equipment
  • 3-5 years’ experience in facility maintenance
  • Ability to read blueprints & perform basic shop math
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Must be able to stand for up to 9 hours per day
  • Ability to perform all duties as assigned by management
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
