The Inventory Specialist is responsible for checking shipments and materials going in and out of the company and ensuring that all orders are delivered correctly. They will keep track of all materials going in and out of stock and understand what is on hand at all times using ERP system for tracking /inventory management.

• Tracking inventory maintenance
• Controlling flows of equipment and supplies
• Reporting to management and advising on process improvements
• Counting and balancing stock, making price lists of products in stock 
• Identify any discrepancies or losses so they can be prevented from happening again
• Tracking all inventory to ensure company maintains proper inventory levels for products, equipment and supplies.
