You will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of industrial machinery and equipment within our facility. This role involves conducting regular inspections, diagnosing mechanical issues, performing repairs, and implementing preventative maintenance measures to minimize downtime and maximize productivity. Perform routine maintenance tasks on industrial machinery, including but not limited to Motors, Vacuum Systems, Hydraulic systems, and Pneumatic systems, High Temp Ovens, and Water filtration.  Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues using diagnostic tools and equipment to identify root causes of equipment failures. Execute repairs on malfunctioning equipment, replacing defective parts, adjusting settings, and ensuring proper functionality to minimize production disruptions. Develop and implement preventative maintenance schedules to ensure equipment reliability and prolong lifespan, including lubrication, calibration, and component replacement.  Coordinate with production manager and Capital Improvement Team to schedule maintenance tasks during optimal downtime periods, communicating effectively to minimize disruptions to operations.
