Operations Director
The Director of Operations has overall responsibility of site's P/L

Prior manufacturing experience
Meets cost, quality, and time expectations for customers by establishing a collaborative team environment with customers, employees, and partners.  
Continuous Process Improvement utizing metrics and performance charts.
Leads production team to meet or exceed Key Performance Indicators pertaining to Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Productivity.
Coaches, mentors, and provides general support and leadership to the organization on the use of Lean and continuous improvement tools.
Analyzes data, forecasts customer orders and develops plans to achieve revenue, profit, cost, resource and process improvement goals and objectives. 
Participates in formulating and administering company policies.
Supervises Production Supervisors, Manufacturing Engineer, and up to 45 indirect reports.  
Carries out managerial responsibilities in accordance with the Company’s policies, Collective Bargaining Agreement, and applicable laws.  Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; employee development; planning, assigning, and directing work; performance management; rewarding and disciplining employees; and addressing complaints and resolving problems.
