  • Set up machinery according to specifications and production requirements.
  • Load raw materials into the machine and ensure proper alignment.
  • Operate the machine by pushing buttons, switches, or levers to start, stop, or adjust the process as needed.
  • Monitor the operation of the machine to ensure it runs smoothly and efficiently.
  • Perform basic maintenance tasks such as cleaning, lubricating, and minor repairs as necessary.
  • Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.
  • Remove finished products from the machine and place them in designated areas for further processing or packaging.
  • Keep accurate records of production output, downtime, and any issues encountered during operation.
  • Follow safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Communicate effectively with supervisors and other team members regarding production schedules, quality concerns, and equipment maintenance.

Requirements

  • 1+ Year of Manufacturing Experience
  • Prior Machine Operator experience preferred
  • US Citizen/Perm Resident required
