Engineering Firm is seeking an experienced Mechanical Inspector Technician for a direct hire opportunity.  This position is first shift - full time, Monday through Friday paying $70K/Year+ depending on experience. This is a great opportunity for career advancement working within a vastly growing engineering company specializing in supplying aftermarket parts to the food, beverage, packaging, converting and consumer goods industries.

• A minimum of 5-10 years mechanical inspection and/or machining experience
• Must be Proficient in reading mechanical drawings and specifications.
• Familiar with all inspection equipment, including CMM, Micrometer, caliper, dial indicators, etc.
• Must be able to work with minimal supervision.
• Document inspection results accurately and completely by entering all quality data into the appropriate electronic system.
• Strong Understanding of GD&T.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Good communications skills (both written & verbal)
• Basic understanding of Microsoft Office (word, excel, outlook)
• Maintains work area and equipment in a safe, clean and orderly condition
• Performs other related duties as directed
