Program, configure and develop sequence of operation for PLC programs on new and existing equipment. Debug and troubleshoot equipment to maximize line efficiencies. Complete electrical hardware and software control design for new and existing equipment and workstations. Conduct analysis of and implement HMI systems. Act as the “go to “point person for production supervisors for any non-routine production related maintenance/electrical issues. Follows up and makes sure the appropriate maintenance resources are delegated. Acts as an “information conduit” between shifts.
