Primary responsibilities will leading the charge for a small team of Maintenance Technicians maintaining, troubleshooting and repairing laser equipment in Westford, other machinery in Hudson and facilities upkeep at both locations. You will lead a preventative maintenance program and keep accurate maintenance records while constantly striving towards a goal of zero downtime.  Experience in Electrical and mechanical troubleshooting of manufacturing operations. Knowledge of current industrial electrical standards and codes. Ability to read and understand electrical schematics; analog or digital and hydraulic and pneumatic schematics. Understanding computers: diagnose, remove, reformat and install mother boards; ability to back up data. Lead small team of internal Maintenance Technicians and coordinate external vendors as needed to troubleshoot equipment and facilities maintenance operations. Roll up and sleeves and troubleshoot machines and facilities maintenance issues as needed. Lead facility and equipment preventative maintenance program. General machine re-build skills required.
