Fabricator/Welder- Level 3

Requirements

Responsibilities:

• Interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine the layout of welding projects.
• Operate welding equipment including TIG and Stick welders to join, fabricate, and repair metal parts.
• Perform quality inspections to ensure finished products meet required specifications.
• Use hand and power tools, including a bandsaw, to cut and shape materials accurately.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols and procedures at all times.
• Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and goals.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues that may arise during the fabrication process.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Fabricator/Welder, with proficiency in TIG and Stick welding techniques.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
• Strong attention to detail and precision in fabrication work.
• Proficiency in using hand and power tools, including bandsaws and grinders.
• Excellent understanding of welding safety protocols and procedures.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication skills and the ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Welding certification(s) preferred but not required.
