To perform a variety of final operations to assemble precision standard mechanical products of small size, requiring adjustments and fitting which will meet operating specifications within tolerances at test/work bench set-ups, following a standardized set-up and methodized procedures. To maintain acceptable and consistent productivity and levels.
Requirements
- Works from simple process sheets, written and/or verbal instructions to perform duties.
- Obtains and assembles product, using hand and power tools. Tests and locks product for
specified PSI output. Tests for repeatability, nervousness, flow, bleed rate, drop out;
corrects deficiencies by changing components, reassembles. Requisitions parts. Loads in
stock racks. Keeps running inventory of in and out parts
