Looking for Handy Man to help in faculties/Janitorial duties. Responsible for performing the day-to-day maintenance and repair of the facility to provide a safe, clean and secure working environment employees, contractors and visitors.  Coordinate and perform day-to-day work orders. Help maintain overall cleanliness of facility. Implement good housekeeping practices throughout the facility and oversee the corporate housekeeping program. Ensure that janitorial supplies are well stocked in all areas throughout the facility. Perform line and office moves as required. Responsible for repair and maintenance of basic equipment-machines, toilets, sinks ;light bulbs, etc. Perform monthly inspections of Fire extinguishers, compressors and other items. Ensure haz-mat storage area is kept organized and properly labeled. Perform basic grounds duties as needed (shoveling and salting of entranceways to maintain safety) pick up loose debris as needed.
