Family run business with locations across US seeks a qualified QA Manager.

The QA Manager will be an individual contributor responsible for overseeing daily quality control issues related to both incoming and outgoing materials. Understanding/interpreting ASTM and ANSI standards to ensure the quality of materials being received and shipped. The QA Manager will collaborate with sales and operations staff to implement quality standards that meet customer requirements. They will also provide guidance and management of the quality system across all company locations and support customer audits. The role involves managing and updating the quality system to adapt to changing requirements, utilizing metrology knowledge to validate products, and generating regular reports to assist in managing quality issues within the company.

Requirements Include

- Knowledge of QA terms, methods and tools

- High Computer Proficiency /Data Base Management

- Analytical , problem solving and decision making skills

- Internal and external audit experience 

- Certifications such as Six Sigma, CQA/CQE
