CLEAN-DEBURR
• Deburrs, cleans, tumbles, and passivates parts in accordance with       manufacturing specifications.
• Fills, secures, and labels containers according to company and/or customer
   specifications.
• Verifies goods packaged against production work orders.
• Reads and interprets blueprints and diagrams.
• Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within
   the field.
• Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions    of the job.
• Required to perform basic data entry.
• Required to have working knowledge of ISO 9001:2008 quality standard.
• Works under immediate supervision.

Day-to-day job function may include:
• Use of abrasive wheels
• Use of hand tools
• Use of arbor press
• Use of power tools
• Use of computer
• Use of manual abrasive blast cabinets
• Use of inspection equipment
• Use of painting equipment
• Use of pallet jack and/or dolly
• Operating vibratory tumbling equipment
• Operating various packing machines
• Operating manual milling or turning center
• Operating automated abrasive blast system
• Operating hydraulic press
• Operating spin balancer
