We are actively looking to hire a 2nd Shift Manufacturing Supervisor.
This position will over see approximately 15 manufacturing employees.
Implement and enforce safety procedures and quality control measures.
Address and resolve any operational issues or production challenges.
Provide training and support to team members to enhance performance and skill development.
Report on production metrics, issues, and improvements to management.
Qualifications:

Proven experience in electronics manufacturing, with prior supervisory experience preferred.
Strong knowledge of electronics assembly and testing processes.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Familiarity with safety regulations and quality control procedures.
