General Maintenance:

• Performing routine maintenance around the building
• Painting the building when old paint has become faded or chipped
• Basic plumbing knowledge
• Grounds keeping

Production Maintenance:

• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency situations to minimize downtime and production disruption.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks on manufacturing equipment
• Repair or replace faulty components of equipment, such as motors, belts, bearings, and electrical wiring.
• Assist in the installation of new equipment and machinery, including assembly, wiring, and testing.
• Dismantles machinery and removes/replaces defective parts
• Determines changes in parts requirements by inspecting and measuring various instruments.
• Work with outside suppliers or contractors for assistance with repairs or parts.
