Helping Quality Manager in implementing ISO 9001:2015 quality system standard

Inspect parts to general finishing blueprint drawings and specs

Review incoming material against Purchase Orders

Visual inspection on incoming customer materials, able to spot defects 

Check for physical damage on raw material received

Use of specific measuring devices to monitor coating thicknesses and generate reports/control

Ensure Preventative Maintenance is followed by machine operators 

Monitor production standards and recommend adjustments to the process as per Lean Manufacturing
