Must be US Citizen. This position is a customer-oriented position where the individual must possess good oral and written communication skills.  This person will work with other managers as required. The Inside Sales Person will need to have an understanding of various computer programs including, but not limited to, Microsoft Office and also a good understanding of the manufacturing industry.  Provide quotations in response to customer RFQ’s, ensure communications of all quotations to the appropriate sales representative and others as required. Process all sales orders, provide order acknowledgment to customers. Respond to all customer inquiries, including requests for drawings, technical data, etc. Review and maintain all pricing data. Post daily sales orders and generate invoices; provide sales reports as needed for bookings, as well as all other sales related data. Maintain backlog and other spreadsheets as needed for reporting, forecasting, etc.
