Micro Tech is seeking R&D Chemist for an opportunity on the first shift with a growing medical manufacturing client. This position is Monday through Friday from 6:30AM-3:00PM (hours are flexible and offer part time or full-time hours). Responsible for performing all chemical and physical testing required for release of raw materials, packaging components, drug substances, and drug products.

• Perform all required physical, chemical and microbiological testing activities, in support of Quality Control, Manufacturing, Research and Development and Quality Assurance, with respect to raw materials, in-process materials, finished product, stability studies and some special projects
• May also be required to assist/support method and process validation, method qualifications and verifications when required
• Perform responsibilities of sampling and physical testing of raw materials and packaging components, as needed
• Assist, with the help of other various QC functions including validation, stability studies, and calibration program
• Maintain all documentation and standard operating procedures in the lab
• Maintain a safe and clean and organized work space and laboratory
• Other duties as assigned by management
