A Manufacturing Company is seeking an Estimator for a plant in South Shore, MA! This is a Direct Hire opportunity with full benefits package offered immediately!

  • Responsible for a variety of duties to include:
    • Managing the CRM software data entry
    • Managing the estimating department email account and bid invites
    • Assisting with production of bid/sales collateral
    • Documentation and proposals

Requirements

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years’ experience in HVAC industry preferred
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • Ability to pass preemployment drug and background screenings
  • Software experience necessary: Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, OneNote)
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent professional written communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
  • Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of changing situations
  • Self-motivated
  • Conflict resolution skills
