• Troubleshoot and repair extrusion machinery using mechanical and electrical skills.
• Install and maintain production machines and equipment to minimize downtime.
• Perform scheduled maintenance to ensure equipment readiness.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
• Interpret manuals, work orders, and schematics to complete tasks.
• Diagnose problems, replace parts, and test systems for functionality.
• Perform basic plumbing as needed.
• Use hand/power tools, electric meters, and material handling equipment safely.
• Report faulty operations and defective materials for corrective action.
• Comply with safety regulations and maintain organized work areas.
