Perform metal fabrication and specialized welding techniques in the manufacturing and building of electronic manifolds and valves installed on truck trailers and ISO skids.  Stainless steel, oxygen cleaning solvents used to clean and weld. Must understand the metal properties and pretest material for quality Valves, metal tubing, electronic manifolds, bull plugs, fittings.  TIG and ARC welder, Orbital welder, cutoff wheels, grinders, small hand tools, tube cutters and tube facers, mirrors, sandpaper.  Follow blueprints and product specifications to bend, shape and fabricate manifold tubing system Cut and clean and purge tubes, valves and manifolds, align and secure in place for welding Align Orbital welder for “weld in place” fastening of valves and bull plugs into tube bushing manifold. Using TIG welder, weld valves and hardware into tube bushing manifold of new and used chassis; truck trailer and ISO skid parts.
