Develop sales strategies that focus on profitable sales growth both with existing customers and potential customers. Formulate quotes for potential business with new or existing customers. Provide higher-level depth of relationships with customers including in-person visits and activities. Develop forecasting methods to work together with customers and establish accurate material forecasts.
Research, identify, and implement new products and programs to enhance profitability. Establish strong communication between Inside and Outside Sales, Purchasing, and other functions within the organization. Adhere to all company handbook policies, procedures, and business codes of ethics. Operate with high integrity, maintaining positive relations with co-workers, customers, and supplier.
