Assembler

• Assembles, align, and adjust fabricated parts, components according to specifications as outlined
• Interprets work documents, bill of material and procedures.
• Accurately conducts product tests, calibrates parts to ensure all components meet tolerances, product specifications, and quality standards
• May repair or refit parts or units that fail tests or tolerance levels
• Identify and document non-conformities
• Inspects results to ensure conformance with work documents.
• Packages/ over-packs products as needed.
• Assists with cycle counting and physical inventories as needed.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Willing to work overtime hours as requested on an ad-hoc basis.

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • *High School diploma or equivalent required
  • 0-1 year assembly experience
  • *Good computer skills required
  • *Ability to comprehend procedures and documentation written in English required
  • Knowledge of hand tools, power tools and other manufacturing tools as needed
  • *Ability to identify, form, and install various components required
  • Knowledge of blueprints/schematics preferred
  • Physical Demands:
  • Required to lift on a regular basis up to 25 lbs. may at times be up to 65 lbs.
  • Regularly required to stand all day, bend, reach, and move about the facility
