Warehouse Fulfillment Supervisor

Requirements

• Operations Fulfillment Tasks:
• Responsibility for the individual daily order validation and verification ensuring products are picked, packed, and shipped accurately and efficiently. This entails real time order verification of all items, quantities and conversions.
• Monitor the distribution of goods, ensuring timely delivery to customers and reducing the number of returns
• Implement and maintain operational procedures to enhance productivity.
• Quality Control:
• Ensure all packaging and customer shipments meets quality standards and complies with company standards.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits of packaging processes.
• Address and resolve any quality issues promptly to ensure excellent service.
• Supervision and Leadership:
• Work collaboratively with warehouse personnel to ensure efficient operations.
• Inventory Management:
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with procurement to ensure adequate stock.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory movements and report discrepancies.
• Assist in the implementation of inventory control systems.
• Continuous Improvement:
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost reductions.
• Collaborate with management to implement new technologies or practices.
• Analyze operational data and metrics to drive efficiency.
