Performing manual amd mechanic work related to the care, maintenance and construction of the buildings-related equipment and surrounding grounds, routine to semi-complex maintenance, painting and repair work. Work under maintenance Supervisor. Perform routine maintenance on building interior and exterior. Repair, construct, install, remodel and modify buildings and associated structures such as floors, walls, ceilings, concrete forms, doors, windows, frames, furniture, stairs, ramps etc.  Maintain and repair of hardware such as locks, doors overhead doors, dock levelers and windows. snow removal and treatment of walk ways, stairs etc. Trained and Licensed operation on Scissors Lift. Odd jobs and repairs thru out the plant. Will assist with getting the building, health and safety codes.
