Seeking an experienced CNC Machinists for a first shift opportunity working full time, Monday through Friday; 7:00AM-3:30PM with overtime available if desired. This position is paying $30/HR+ depending on level of candidate’s experience.

• Set up and Operate CNC milling and turning equipment
• Responsible for selecting proper tooling and making edits as needed to the machines for each new job
• Set up tooling for each production run, load programs and set machine parameters to ensure optimal performance
• Determine condition of tools and point of re-sharpening
• Re-sharpen punches and dies as needed
• Work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
• Keep work area clean and well organized
• Other duties as assigned by management
• Responsible for manually selecting tools for input to accurately develop product specifications during execution and continuously checking for numerical/dimensional adjustments and speeds for precise machine cutting (micrometers / precision dial gauges) product development
• Complete machine tool set up and fixtures for CNC Mills and Lathes
• Responsible for running first piece ready for inspection and changing tools and offsets based on cutting conditions
