Shipping & Receiving Clerk.  We are looking for someone that has shipping experience using UPS/Fedex and LTL software to schedule pickups

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Package material for shipment 
• Enter shipping information into bar code labeler and apply proper label to box on a daily basis
• Prepare packing slip and Invoice in Sage Accounting Software and deliver invoices via email.  
• Enter shipping information in UPS On-line system, Fedex Online, DHL or other carrier 
• Ensure sufficient shipping supplies are available on a weekly basis. Inventory all supplies.
• Incoming material inspection
• Process rejected materials as necessary
