Assembly Supervisor

Hands-on role, lead by example.
• Familiar with E/M Assembly
• Ability to efficiently delegate tasks to assemblers.
• Proficient in reading schematics, bill of materials and assembly drawings
• Ability to lift 50lbs and stand for extended period.
• Skilled in hand and power tools 
• Microsoft Office/MRP
• Adept to working in fast paced environment; work well with others to coordinate and execute projects.
• Knowledge of ISO9001 requirements, the company’s quality policy and how this position fits into the quality policy

Requirements

  • Oversee production.
  • Scheduling, coordination, and processing work orders
  • Supervise assemblers and ensure production operates effectively and efficiently.
  • Provide production status to stakeholders.
  • Provide all updated drawings and documentation (Work Orders, BOMs, KIT Lists, etc.) to assemblers.
  • Ensure all required materials are kitted to assembly cells.
  • Ensure all manufactured products meet quality standards.
  • Coordinate inventory is sufficiently stocked in coordination with Operations and Purchasing departments.
  • Ensure the assembly team is trained and compliant with ISO process and documentation.
