We have 2 immediate needs for Customer Support Representatives who have interest and experience in the inside/post sales department.
The candidates must possess positive and high energy/friendly disposition.This position is responsible for taking calls from consumers and scheduling repair visits, following up on part orders and tracking, and rescheduling as needed. This is a fast-paced, high volume position. Person should be thick skinned (dealing with customers who have product not working!!!)
