Micro Tech is seeking a MIG/TIG Welder/Fabricator for full time, first shift, opportunities working Monday through Friday with Overtime available for the foreseeable future. This successful individual will have experience in using hand/power tools, ability to read a tape measurer, perform basic math and read mechanical drawings. 

In this position under minimum to no supervision you will be:

  • Welding/Fabricating Parts using customer drawings to complete projects
  • Using hand and power tools to assemble product using customer specifications

Requirements

  • 2+ years’ experience in MIG/TIG Welding/Fabrication or related
  • Thorough understanding of fabricating and CNC machining and equipment
  • Solid knowledge of steel fabrication
  • Solid knowledge of wood: milling, joining, molding, etc..
  • Must be able to read and interpret drawings
  • Mechanical aptitude
  • Willingness to learn
  • Ability to be a team player
