Set up and program Swiss and CNC lathes to produce precision metal components

Interpret blueprints and technical drawings to ensure accurate setups

Select tools, fixtures, and materials for each job

• Perform test runs, adjustments, and troubleshooting to maintain quality
• Monitor machine operations and make offsets as necessary
• Supervise and mentor a team of up to 10 machinists
• Ensure adherence to safety standards and maintain a clean work environment
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to resolve issues and improve processes
• Conduct routine machine maintenance
