A growing Manufacturing Company in the Greater Boston area is seeking an Industrial Machine Operator for a first shift opportunity, Monday - Friday with weekly overtime. Seeking motivated and mechanically inclined individuals looking for a long term growth opportunity.

• Excellent attention to detail, with high problem solving skills and the ability to work independently
• Set up and operate machinery to cut and reduce steel per customer specifications
• Oversee machines and monitor product efficiency
• Performing quality inspections on steel products using provided work instructions
• Not afraid to get hands dirty
• Document findings as needed
• Other duties as assigned
