The Welder Fabricator Technician will support engineers in the development and fabrication of product prototypes . Work with  thin gauge TIG welding in a clean, start up environment.

Responsibilities
•         Build prototypes and working with engineers to solve technical problems 
•         Weld and perform metal fabrication of stainless steels and carbon steels, 
•         Troubleshoot equipment as needed


Requirements

  • 2+ years experience with TIG welding stainless steels and carbon steels
  • Experience in metal fabrication or assembly
  • Proven ability to follow technical instructions
  • Experience using basic hand tools and machinery such as drill press 
  • Basic computer skills for data entry 
  • Other welding experience such as laser, robot, MIG or welding of nickel/other exotic metals is a plus
