We are currently looking for a Production Manager who has skills and experience with Lean Manufacturing. This role will oversee manufacturing personnel and involves scheduling, mentoring and allocating internal resources to meet high volume production needs.

Ideal candidate is tough but fair to employees and can report to the President of the company on issues and corrective action plans.
