Client is looking to complement the existing Maintenance Mechanic with a junior mechanic to be groomed to eventually succeed the incumbent when he retires. 
Skills needed are:
Perform machine repair and preventative maintenance of various production equipment (cutting machines, laminating machines)
These are very old industrial machinery which have been customized to meet the clients production needs. NO CNC machinery
Knowledge of pneumatic and hydraulic machinery.
Light facilities upkeep (plumbing and electrical work) when needed.
