Our client has identified a new need for a qualified maintenance mechanic to work in a state of the art manufacturing plant in the Franklin area. Qualified candidates will work with a team of other mechanics performing the following duties:

• Ability to fabricate components for industrial automated equipment, tooling and fixturing, 5-10 years of experience desired.
• Strong mechanical skills and ability to work off CAD drawings and blueprints (Electrical and PLC experience is a plus).
• Ability to Weld (MIG,TIG, STICK) a plus as wella.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills.
• Significant experience with standard hand and power tools.
• Must possess basic fabrication skills such as measuring, cutting, hole drilling and tapping of metals and plastics.
• Experience with mills, lathes, waterjet and 3D printing is a plus. Must be willing to learn the basic tasks with setting up, running and maintaining these machines.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds.
