Requirements
The Quality Technician will be responsible for performing quality control inspections on parts and supporting the research and development team when needed. This role involves maintaining clean and organized work areas and upholding strict standards of product and component traceability.
The ideal candidate is a motivated, detail-oriented individual looking to grow in a fast-paced environment. A technical associate’s degree or equivalent experience is required, along with a strong foundation in analytical and inspection skills. Hands-on experience with calipers, micrometers, comparators, and interpreting blueprints is essential. Familiarity with data reporting, NCRs, and Microsoft Excel is preferred. Experience with OGP Smartscope systems, medical device or cleanroom settings, and working in lab or manufacturing environments is a plus. Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently are key to success in this role.
