A Growing Manufacturing Company is seeking an Entry Level Fabricator Trainee with mechanical aptitude to learn how to operate production machinery with training. This position is full time on first shift and paying $19.00 per hour. 

  • Entry Level candidate with some exposure or experience with Welding required
  • Experience with TIG Welding and or Soldering experience is huge plus
  • Able to use hand tools such as wire strippers, wire crimpers, amp guns, soldering irons, heat guns
  • General knowledge of tools such as tape gun, glue gun, and general hand tools
  • Working knowledge of Epoxies, glues and resins
  • Working knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and ISO 90000
  • Other duties as assigned by management 

Requirements

  • Requirements:

    • Technical High School Diploma or GED equivalent required
    • 1+ years’ experience in manufacturing environment
    • Must be able to lift 50 pounds regularly
    • Must have mechanical aptitude and ability to read tape measure
    • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
    • Willingness to get involved with continuous improvement initiatives
    • Must be able to work with a minimum of supervision on a daily basis
    • Able to read write and speak English
    • Must be able to perform basic match
    • Working well with hand tools in a manufacturing environment
