  • Handle customer inquiries, quotes, and process orders
  • Review customer contracts to assure orders are fulfilled
  • Monitor customer deliveries
  • Provide clients with pricing information including quotes
  • Utilize ERP, EDI, E-Commerce systems
  • Pro-actively investigate and resolve customer problems and complaints
  • Keep team members and operations team informed for any issues that need further assistance
  • Handle multiple emails daily

Requirements

  • Associates degree or equivalent, BS/BA in a technical or business field highly desired
  • 5+ years’ experience in customer service account management, inside sales or related field in a manufacturing environment
  • Communication via phone, email, written and face-to-face
  • Ability to work and problem solve
  • US. Citizenship or Permanent Residency Required
