2-4 year of manufacturing experience Good reading and math skills Computer skills – MS Office competency, basic knowledge to navigate Windows   Must be able to interpret part drawings and understand geometric dimensions & tolerances Attention to detail and ability to maintain detailed records for traceability Appropriate communication skills to convey information to other associates and supervisors Understands when to request guidance from Group leaders and proper chain of command Ability to work in a fast paced environment. Must have skills: Be able to work with a microscope for at least 4 hours, machine operating – diagnostics experience, able to multitask, follow production plan, computer skills (MS Office), good math skills, able to work in a high volume environment
