Responsible for providing a variety of Human Resource responsibilities for the division including recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, employee training, and retention. This role ensures compliance with employment policies and supports Human Resource operations to meet organizational goals. Post job openings, review resumes, coordinate interviews, verify references, and communicate with candidates. Assist management in hiring permanent employees and securing temporary workers. Represent the company at job fairs and recruitment events as needed. Establish relationships with technical schools, high schools, universities and colleges for workforce recruitment. Maintain recruitment processes, including applicant tracking via the ICIMS platform. Utilize Linkedin Recruiter and other tools to actively source candidates. Communicate with managers regarding candidate selection and hiring decisions. Process onboarding paperwork for new hires. Conduct new-hire orientation, including role-specific training. Accurately complete I-9 forms and ensure compliance with E-Verify. Facilitate exit interviews and oversee termination procedures for departing employees in accordance with company policy. Manage the leased vehicle program, including acquisitions, turn-in procedures, and coordinating insurance needs with broker. Performance evaluations. Provides high-level administrative support to executives, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, arranging travel, and performing a variety of other tasks while maintaining confidentiality. Utilizes discretion, sound judgment, and organizational knowledge to effectively support executive activities and handle a broad range of administrative responsibilities.
